About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated Program Manager to oversees all the programs our company offers, which include Coordinated Family Support, Coordinated Career Pathways and Housing Access Services programs. This role involves managing and supporting a team of Case Managers, developing and implementing program strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The Program Manager will collaborate with community partners, secure funding, and monitor program outcomes to promote housing stability for clients. The position requires about 32% travel within the Los Angeles area.
Requirements
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
3 years' experience in case management or disability services
Passion for helping individuals with intellectual/development disabilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English preferred.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
Experience with Google Workspace and electronic medical records
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
