I have a diverse professional background spanning human resources, operations management, talent acquisition, and education. With over six years of experience leading multi-site HR and administrative operations, I have developed expertise in recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and executive support. Prior to my HR leadership roles, I worked in education as both an Educational Diagnostician and teacher, where I built a strong foundation in communication, advocacy, and individualized support. My unique blend of operational leadership and people-focused experience allows me to create organized, supportive, and growth-oriented environments to serve my team and our community. When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband and our children, traveling, relaxing at the beach and attending concerts!
