Our SLS program is designed to empower adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities to create and sustain a secure and independent lifestyle within homes they either own or rent. Through SLS, individuals receive support in making significant decisions that align with their personal aspirations & goals.

 

This assistance encompasses various aspects, including guidance in selecting and transitioning into a suitable residence, assistance in acquiring essential household items and furnishings, encouragement to actively engage and participate in their local community, and much more! Overall, SLS is dedicated to fostering autonomy, choice, and fulfillment for individuals as they pursue their goals and aspirations.
