Dallas Ledet is a dedicated and compassionate leader with over 18 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. His career spans across ILS, SLS, Adult Residential Facilities, Behavioral Management Day Programs, and Developmental Centers, where he has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and empowering others to live self-determined lives.

Dallas brings a wealth of leadership experience and community engagement to his role. He has previously served as Head of Community Relations and played a pivotal role in opening the first Enhanced Behavioral Services Home in Ventura County. His work is marked by a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and the dignity of every individual.

Dallas holds a bachelor's degree and continually pursues opportunities for lifelong learning, with a strong interest in human development and psychology. He is actively involved in several community efforts, including his role with Creole Culture Advocates (CCA) of Southwest Louisiana and his engagement with the Shriners Hospital. He regularly participates in legislative visits and meets with local and statewide representatives to advocate for better services and support for vulnerable populations.

Outside of his professional life, Dallas is a proud Freemason affiliated with various lodges and sectors throughout the State of California.

He enjoys hunting, spending quality time with his family, and returning to his roots in Louisiana whenever possible. Known for his  empathy, creativity in problem-solving, and steadfast values, Dallas continues to make a lasting impact in the lives of those he serves.
