Hi, I’m Stephanie. As a Team Lead at Self Determined Futures, I’m fortunate to be able to implement the decade of experience I have with working with individuals with disabilities into developing the new office in Agoura Hills.  I graduated from CSUCI with a degree in Psychology, and over the last ten years, I’ve gained experience in everything from behavioral therapy to program coordination and in home support services. My journey began with Telecare, where I began working as an on-call and was able to transition into Assistant Program Manager. This experience taught me the importance of dedication, consistency and compassion.  Later, as a Program Manager, I focused on developing behavioral therapy treatment plans and quality assurance to ensure program effectiveness and participant satisfaction. Working alongside a group of passionate individuals, we were able to ensure the highest level of care was consistently provided.  In my current role, I’m focused on program development and helping our network grow while ensuring that we are providing effective and quality care to all of our participants, families and referring agencies we have the pleasure of working with.  I stay connected to the community through advocacy events, fostering and volunteering. I enjoy spending time with family, animals and loved ones. You can usually find me outside of work somewhere in a park, trying a new restaurants or traveling to new locations.
