As Regional Program Director for Self Determined Futures LLC, I am dedicated to advancing person-centered, high-quality services that empower neurodivergent individuals and those with developmental and intellectual disabilities to achieve greater independence and self-determined lives. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and bring more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals across residential homes, schools, mental health facilities, and in-home service settings.

My career began in direct support, and through a commitment to continuous learning and servant leadership, I progressed into Program Manager and now Regional Program Director roles. This journey has given me firsthand insight into every level of service delivery and the importance of building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a client-centered approach.

In my current role, I provide strategic oversight for regional operations, program development, and staff leadership while ensuring services remain innovative, compliant, and responsive to the evolving needs of the communities we serve. I am passionate about mentoring others, strengthening community partnerships, and creating opportunities that help individuals build meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives.
