Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I am a Program Manager at Self Determined Futures. I’m excited to bring my experience in program leadership, team development, and community-based services to an amazing organization committed to empowering individuals and families. With almost a decade of experience in the social services field, I have developed a strong passion for advocacy, program development, and helping empower individuals and families access the support and resources they need to thrive in our communities.

I graduated from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, concentrating in Families and Group Relations. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the opportunity to work alongside children with disabilities, support individuals experiencing substance use challenges, and assist families experiencing homelessness. These experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in resource coordination, individualized support, and community-based services.

In my role at Self Determined Futures, I look forward to bringing my experience, continuing to learn, and growing alongside a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
