Joji M
CFS Case Manager
I am excited to step into my role as a Case Manager working with Regional Centers, where I can combine my passion for service with my background in behavioral health and kinesiology. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. As a Registered Behavioral Technician and behavioral interventionist, I have had the privilege of working closely with individuals and families to support skill development, behavior planning, and meaningful progress toward individualized goals.
My experience as a physical therapy aide and my hands-on work in behavioral services have shaped the way I approach care with patience, empathy, and collaboration. Growing up in a large family and often taking on caregiving responsibilities has also deeply influenced my natural inclination to advocate, support, and guide families through complex systems with understanding and respect.
I am truly passionate about helping individuals reach their fullest potential. In my role as a Case Manager, I aim to build strong, trusting relationships with the families I serve and to be a reliable, compassionate partner in their journey. I approach my work with enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in my community.
