Hello!  I am Ashley, and I am a CFS/ILS Case Manager at Self Determined Futures LLC.  I am also a student at Capella University, where I am working to obtain my Master's in Social Work.  As a CFS/ILS Case Manager my job is to provide the necessary supports, for the client to live independently as possible within their community.  In addition, I also help families in finding resources that will best suit the needs of their child and the rest of their family.  

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Child & Adolescent Studies at California State University Fullerton, and I have over 11 years experience working with individuals that are neurodivergent, and individuals with intellectual disabilities.  My desire as a CFS/ILS Case Manager is to take all the skills that I have learned so far, and use them to continue helping individuals and families to live better lives.  

When I am not working, I enjoy stand up paddleboarding, snorkeling, surfing, visiting my family, and working out.
