My name is Avigail and I am privileged enough to form a part of Self Determined Futures where I am able to help individuals with disabilities and their families. My role as an Independent Living Specialist and CFS Case manager allow me to act as a support member in an individual’s life as well as be an advocate for them and their families. I have worked with people with disabilities for five years and find fulfillment in empowering others.
