Hi, I'm Paloma! I am a bilingual Case Manager with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and over five years of experience supporting individuals and families across behavioral health, developmental disability services, and community-based care. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to helping people navigate complex systems, access critical resources, and achieve their personal goals.Prior to being a Case Manager, I provided Applied Behavior Analysis services as a Behavioral Technician, supporting children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.

I am passionate about empowering the individuals and families I serve through compassionate, person-centered support.  I am committed to providing culturally responsive services and ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey. I believe that everyone deserves access to the resources, opportunities, and support needed to lead a healthy, fulfilling life, and I am honored to be part of that process.
