Hi, my name is Renee and I’m excited to be part of the Self Determined Futures team as a Team Lead! I have a background in case management and have had the opportunity to work with people from various backgrounds and experiences. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed building relationships, helping people work toward their goals, and finding ways to support them along the way.

I earned my degree in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles and I’ve always enjoyed working in roles where I can make a positive impact and help others move forward. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to Self Determined Futures, continuing to learn, and supporting both the people we serve and the team around me.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching football, going on runs, and working out. I’m always looking for ways to stay active and challenge myself.
