Hi, my name is Sergio, and I’m very excited to be part of the Self Determined Futures team as a CFS/ILS Case Manager. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Management and past experience as a Training Coordinator, where I supported individuals in setting, working toward, and achieving their goals.

Being bilingual helps me connect with and advocate for our diverse community, making sure people feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe in always doing the right thing as a human being, leading with empathy, integrity, and kindness in every interaction.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending quality time with my family, who are a big source of motivation and purpose in my life. I am passionate about empowering people to use their voice, understand their options, and work toward greater independence and self determination.
