Vivian H
CFS/ILS Case Manager
My name is Vivian Heredia. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, and have hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Registered Behavior Technician, I worked directly with children with developmental and behavioral challenges, using evidence-based strategies to help them improve communication, social, and daily living skills.
In addition to my work in ABA, I also worked as a family visitation monitor, where I supervised and documented court-ordered visits between children and their family members. This role strengthened my ability to remain neutral, compassionate, and attentive in emotionally sensitive situations.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I am deeply passionate about advocating for others and standing up for what is right. I strive to create supportive and respectful environments for those I work with. In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts, attending theater performances, and enjoying a good cup of iced coffee.
