Hello my name is Jordyn, and I am part of the Self Determined Futures Team in Santa Barbara. I graduated from Pacific Union College. While attending PUC I learned the importance of supporting others and the positive impact that comes from having a strong support system. A great support system has uplifted me personally, and I am excited to work with Self Determined Futures to help others with different abilities and needs.
